A. No, these are set by the manufacturers / importer etc.

Q. What are your hours of business.
A. 9:30am - 9:00pm 7 day's a week.

Q. How long have you been trophy retailers.
A. Over 30 years.

Q. I have an important event, can I be sure
I will get my order on time.
A. Yes 100% if the order is placed in good time. We can track parcels all the way.
We are also able to deliver direct to the venue for larger
or high value orders.

Q. What happens if something gets damaged in transit.
A. We take every precaution, also all deliveries
are insured, replacements will be sent out straight away.

Have we ever been beaten on price.........NO

Do we charge for engraving.........NO (Unless it's on glass)

Do we send our trophies out R Mail .........NO (we can track all our orders)

Are you responsible for any lost deliveries.........NO
